Training on PPR-2025 for the CEGIS Professionals

CEGIS has conducted a professional training program on Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2025 to strengthen institutional understanding of the updated procurement framework. The training has covered key aspects of procurement processes under PPR 2025, including consultancy procurement methods (SSS, QCBS, FBS, LCS), preparation of EOIs, proposals and standard bidding documents, negotiation techniques, joint ventures and sub-consulting arrangements, contract documents (GCC and PCC), performance security, contract approval and management, evaluation procedures from the client’s perspective, conflict of interest, differences between PPR 2008 and PPR 2025, and practical e-GP troubleshooting with dos and don’ts for submission. The sessions have been held on 4–5 January 2026 at the CEGIS Conference Room and have been conducted by senior officials from the Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA), with interactive question-and-answer segments throughout.
