CEGIS’ Administrative Procedure is a set of coherent policies and guidelines that are developed as
a uniform operations manual by the Board of Trustees of CEGIS. This cover three broad
areas of CEGIS’ management, such as, (i) Corprate Governance Policy, (ii) Service Rules,
and (iii) System Management and Equipment Usage Policy.
Corporate Governance Policy is the broad guideline for all the related parties to
CEGIS’s management including the BoT which is aimed at forming a common understanding of
the duties, responsibilities, authorities and obligations of the parties.
Service Rules document describes the expectations from each employee employed by CEGIS
either on a regular or fixed-tenure basis. The document also describes the
benefits package that each CEGIS employee would get for fulfilling the obligations and performing duties that are entrusted to them by the Trust.
System Management and Equipment Usage Policy describes the best practice guidelines
for system and network management and other equipment usage to be followed by CEGIS.
The policies and procedures described in Financial Policy shall govern all employees of
CEGIS who may be concerned with financial involvement made by or on behalf of
CEGIS. The Policy defines:
Procurement Policy describes the rules and guidelines for the procurement of equipemet, supplies and services
for CEGIS. Those who are involved in procurement process should abide by this policy.
Any actual or expected deviation from this policy should be reported to the Board of Trustee, for its decision and approval.
