Mr. Hadi has over seven years of working experience in the fields of software and web development, database design, technical presentation, and professional training to different levels of professionals in different organizations (govt. and non-govt.). He has expertise in different programming languages like ASP.Net Core MVC, ASP.Net(C#), PHP, CakePHP MVC, C/C++, Visual Basic, Microsoft Silverlight, ArcGIS API for Silverlight, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery/Google API, Crystal Report, OpenGL and MatLab. He also has professional experience in database design and development using Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS Access. He has working experience in dynamic website development using Content Management System(CMS) like Joomla, and WordPress. He has expertise in different MVC Based Web Development Framework like ASP.Net Core (MVC), ASP.Net (MVC) , and CakePHP. He also has working experience, especially on interactive web mapping platforms like ArcGIS Server, Geo-Server, and Map-Server. He has configured and managed different web servers like Internet Information Services(IIS), Apache Server and Apache-Tomcat Server in multiple platforms and IT Trainer under the Access to Information (A2I) Programme under Prime Minister’s Office. The primary objective of this project is to develop a web enabled MFI database and a set of web enabled application tools to online license a new MFI, search, query, view and disseminate the information for Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) using PHP (Cake PHP Framework), Map Server, MySQL Geodatabase, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
